It's a self-help tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat or replace a doctor, therapist or crisis service. If you're in danger or in crisis, please reach out to someone you trust or a professional.
What stays on your phone
Your urge log, your notes and your stats live only in this browser on your device. We can't see them, and deleting them from the app or your browser removes them for good.
What we collect
Only anonymous counts of which screens and steps get used, like how many urges were logged. They are linked to a random ID, not to your name, email or chat content. No accounts, no names, no cookies, no advertising trackers, and never anything you write in a message or a note.
Waitlist email
If you join the waitlist, we store your email for one purpose: to tell you when BufferLy Pro is ready. We won't send anything else, and we'll remove it whenever you ask.
Changes
If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page.
